A: This product enjoys lifetime warranty from our company. The motor controller can be replaced within one year and has a lifetime warranty. The battery can be replaced with a new one within three years. If there is any quality problem during this period, customers can detach the relevant parts and send them back to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer will directly send new accessories to customers.

Q: How does the production and acceptance process work?
